- In Profile settings, choose Browser as your contact method and enable coaching notifications.

Commitment Engine helps you return to your own decisions. It asks what still matters, notices what happened, and keeps the larger direction in view. No one chooses for you. The system simply stays near the decision, gently enough to listen and firmly enough not to let it vanish.
